Hopscotch 4-Ever!

Do you remember jumping on the Hopscotch grids during outdoor recess? Drawing your own grids? Tossing stones? Well, while perusing Pinterest one day, I came across some pictures similar to these. I’ve seen people paint stepping stones, so I got these 12″x 12″ pavers, gathered the kids and began the project!

It had to be one of the most humid days of the season, as you can actually SEE the humidity in these pictures. But that weather didn’t stop us. We just added a couple extra coats of paint. 😉 When all was said and done, I sprayed a sealer on the tops of the pavers to protect the paint, and began digging out the spots for the pavers. Mission accomplished!

(If you are wondering about the “slick” layer on the pavers from the sealer, I will assure you, a layer of dirt prevents any “slick” spots. We’ll just call this our “rustic” hopscotch.)

Ceramics, etc.

This is just an example of some of the ceramics I’ve painted. I’m currently slacking on adding new pictures, but I will get more on here at some point!

Canvas Creations

These are just some of the canvases I’ve completed over the last couple of years. I will add a new post each time I find more pictures of past ones (lol), or create new ones. I’m currently working on a family tree type of portrait, I will upload when the project is complete. This is just for your viewing pleasure. 😉 If you see something you’d like, let me know and I can customize it for you!

Lots of WREATHS…

I have no idea what to title this other than “Lots of Wreaths.” These are most of the wreaths I made starting in 2011 – now. Of course I didn’t get a picture of each and every one, which for the OCD person I am it is very frustrating….haha! But life goes on, and here we are. If you see something you like here, contact me and we’ll see what we can come up with. These actual wreaths were either client orders or not for sale. The prices are listed just to give you an idea of what to expect. If you want more dazzle and bling, the cost goes up. Some of these wreaths are only available seasonally. Most wreaths are BIG, measuring about 30″ – 36″ across. Some are smaller, from 14″ to 24″ and will be less expensive even if they are blinged out. Price depends on materials, and my cost for the extras.

Just like the legend of the mighty Scrappers, the Crafty Apple also started as a weakling. But after time, practice, and patience, the Crafty Apple is now stronger than ever, in full swing, and has very high expectations for all of her projects! Below I’ve listed some of the Scrapper projects I’ve completed. Some are priced to give you an idea of what to expect if you want me to create something for you.

My OWN website!

I’m totally stoked. My OWN website. Sure, I’ve had blogs, Facebook, Etsy, eBay, whatever, but this. THIS is my OWN website! Yay! If you are seeing this right now, please understand that I am WORKING on this site. I will make the switch from blogger soon. I guess that means I need new business cards.
